Brewing Time:
This is a slow brewing tea, so chill, relax and take a minute. 10 minutes or more,
1-2tsp./250ml.
Temperature: Just off boiling.
Infusions: Stir before pouring. The longer you wait the better it gets - delicious hot or cold.
