All orders are shipped directly to the door via courier within the borders of South Africa. We unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping costs are as follows: R85 for orders up to R500, R50 for orders up to R750, and all orders above R750 receive free shipping.

Please allow 1–3 business days for handling time on all orders.

Shipping takes 2–5 business days.

As all of our products are consumables, Cup Classique does not offer any returns or exchanges and all items are non-refundable.

We are real humans that are growing, processing and packing our products by hand. If we make a mistake, please contact us so that we can rectify the issue. It is our highest priority to provide only the best quality products.

COURIER DAMAGES:

 

​Cup Classique is all about environmental consciousness, and we try where we can to reduce waste and additional packaging by repurposing boxes for shipping. While everything is packed with utmost care, some superficial damage to packages may occasionally occur during transit due to the nature off shipping. Rest assured that our carefully prepared tea will taste just as delicious regardless.
