Some of our fruit and hearty teas are slow brewing. These are teas that unfold and develop the longer you allow them to brew. They can be enjoyed hot or cold. The plunger is ideal for these teas, because you can lift the sieve if the flavour is not yet strong enough.
Allow your slow brewing teas to steep for ten minutes or more, then gently press the plunger down. If you prefer a richer, deeper flavour, simply lift the plunger again and re-plunge.
The plunger is packaged in its own kraft box, and three slow brewing loose teas are included.
